    Vehicle : Vectra

    Trim : SRi

    Engine : 150

    Year : 05

    Mileage : 74000

Had some on mine they are better once you get some heat into them but they cool off too quickly. Was running them with Vx discs which were grooved. Went back to OEM pads they had a much nicer feel to the pedal. The reds felt hard most of the time until they got properly warmed up

I believe general opinion is that unless you're on a track day or racing, they're dangerous because they don't heat up enough...

First thing in the morning when they haven't warmed up they've not got much stopping power in them.

Sounds a bit dangerous to use them in wet . I know they (EBC) changed the formula a couple of years ago to improve wet conditions. Some say the red ones are great. Hmmm, though decision!

Have read lots of threads on forums other than this one about the red stuff and some rate them and others don't. Probably something you'll have to try to get a real indication of how YOU feel they perform.

Youīre right. I also spent some time looking at other forums and its like you said - some like them, some not. I will let you know when they are fitted on the Vectra before summer .
