Fluid leak on power steering .vectra c.

Hi All.
Under the car i have noticed i have an oil leak from the Power Steering rack. I have a Vectra C 2.2 Direct Year 2004 with the Z22YH Engine.
The oil seems to be seeping out of a large silver Hex cap which is hidden behind a flexible metal plate that can be easily folded back to see. It is on the underside of the rack, on the drivers side, and directly in line with the shaft from the steering wheel.
Any help about oil leaking from this Hex Cap would be much appreciated.

afaik there should be a seal behind that hex cap, and they do perish after years of use. You should be able to just buy the seal from the dealers partscounter.
