mweh go onto eBay or Amazon and buy an oem caliper refurbish kit... it will come with new rubbers... and they aren't that expensive... replace those rubbers and done. you can literally just pull them off and push the new ones in place.

For the leak maybe look at the speaker gasket or even the inner door foil.
Yes, I've heard of bad rubber quality being used but this is crazy. The caliper itself seems to work fine tho.

I got Brembo ones, hope they are better than A.B.S. Think I'll buy a refurbish kit for my old caliper when I find the time.
