Finally thought I would say Hello

Good Morning

Thought I would finally say hello. Been lurking since I bought my pride and joy in late January. After a spell of bad luck with cars (including a 3 series that lasted a grand total of 3 months) I decided to go Vectra. Bought this Life 1.8 VVT model quite cheap and have been slowly doing it up. Despite a few interior rattles from broken trim, the dreaded cam gear issue (all fixed) and it being on 112K when I bought it, this is by far one of the best and most reliable cars I have ever owned (25 yrs old and on my 8th car). I travel a lot for work, its now on 122k and hasn't missed a beat! Here are some glam shots from my trip to Scotland, people say the 1.8vvt isn't that fast but its quite a nippy car, had a bit too much fun in it

Welcome Kalum, what a super looking car you have there and I love the colour. The scenic shots are awesome! Whereabouts in Scotland? I want to say Glen Coe but then I'm thinking Skye? or maybe even Lewis? Again, super photos

welcome, but why is the backdrop cleaner than the car? other than that... mweh i got a 2.0dti and for what it is it's a decent cruiser...

Thank you. I did a route from the top end of Falkirk to Bealach Na Bla through Glencoe and past Loch Dulch, then back down through the Cairngorms. I'm going back up in October again to do the rest of the NC500, just didn't get chance this time.

Because Scotland in the Winter (I went in feb) is a magnet for dirt. It was clean when I started, promise!
