Twin exhaust for an estate

Out of interest....in what way are the exhausts different from hatch/saloon models to the estate? Is it just length?

Completely different boxes... where the estate has one big box and a small one put connected together in a certain angle, the hatxhback/saloon has 2 separate boxes that come together on a y section... look on ebay for vectra and dual exhaust or twin exhaust and you'll soon see what I mean.
