head light washers..........

does anyone know.....................on my vxr i have the headlight washers that pop out when the lights are on and you wash the windscreen, unfortunatley mine done retract fully so you have to push them in the final half inch or so, is this any easy fix? i think ive read somewhere that they are operated from the pressure of the water?

any info or help would be great!

Sounds like the plastic is binding when they go back down. Get some silicon spray and get someone to spray the jets, when the jet comes up grab it (being careful not the put your hand in front of the spray and being carful not to grap it by the cover. Spray the shaft with the spray which should help it return
