Well , thats it I have cracked it , got a cdc40 opera fully functioning in my 2003 half can bus car. Damn am I glad its all working , not sure what will be next , may take a few weeks to enjoy the fruits of my labour

You know me too well Dean , but I reckon this might be here to stay. Really enjoyed the path in getting to this , nearly as much as the satisfaction proving to the doubters who said it couldn't be done.

This is one expensive mod , as we worked out Dean.
Ian you will have to save more than your pennies , but at least I can guide you to what you need exactly , so no wasted purchases.

I really wanted to do this modification , so the aftermarket head unit had to go. Another former part of the vectra sitting in the garage now...lol
