Have a look on the top tool bar for USERCP. You should be able to put one from there. Look for edit signature, and try there.

It's not there aside from Avatar, there's nothing there for signature.

look to the left and in settings + options and you will see edit signature

I never knew that was an option with full membership. Ian, nice idea to blame it on the wine though.
