Hi All just introducing myself

Hi all been a member for a while just haven't gotten round to introducing myself. Just been buying my wife a Vectra SRI 2.2 on a 52 plate which we are very happy with.

Just wondering if any one can help me out with a query.

It has a CD player. I think it is a CDR 2005 works fine but it the dash screen just displays a vauxhall badge with temp, time and date, there is no where to change the time or date - can anyone tell me how to get the normal screen on so I can see radio channel etc - do you think this is the wrong radio ????

might be wrong, to change the time you use the wiper stalk in the on board computer menu i think

Cheers for the reply - thats what I thought but there are no buttons on wiper stork??? only works wipers - any suggestions??

yours should have a nav radio which has 2 knobs one is obv volume the other like the bmw idrive and does the menus

someone has obviously taken it out at some point then! thanks for the reply. Would be nice to put it back in - does anyone know what model it would have been - would that be the reason the vauxhall badge is on the screen? Would a new one go straight back in without modification?

yes just need one with the radio code sorry don't know the model number

Cheers mate do you think it is this one I have just found on ebay? shouldn't take mush to decode should it?

no cd70 nav is in the newer models. put it in wanted on this site you never know
