Rattle and lowering.

I have a 2003 3.2 SRI (Ex-plod), I'm getting quite a bit or rattling from the front and rear. Possibly bushes so considering poly bushes and lowering of the car. The rear is already quite low, could I just do the front?

Any idea on rattling, more prominent when going over speed bumps.

I'm sure that you get sports springs with a bigger drop on the front than the rear i.e 40/45. Rattling from front and rear could be anti-roll bar bushes

Can you get poly bushes for the anti-roll bars?

what about radiator mounts - could it be them?
