Car is booked in on Thursday 16th with Wilson & Co in Scunthorpe for Full Service, MOT and Cam belt Change.

Cam belt change price does seem very high.

That sounds like the price of a 3.2 V6 belt change, not a 4 cylinder.

I'd recommend getting the water pump replaced at the same time as having the cambelt changed. It adds about £30 to the price, but if it goes a few weeks after the belt is changed, as mine did, it's more like £150.
