Yeah i got some Irmscher rep pins (hehe) from ebay for about a tenner. Very easy to fit.
1. remove red cap from standard door pins
2. Slide them off
3. Place new pins into position
4. Tighten allen key screw
Can't remember if the standard ones just popped off or if they were held in with a screw too but pretty sure they just pop off
Yep they just slide off. The red square bit is what holds it on
mine arrived and are now fitted (after the manditory hacksawing of the rears )

decided against Richbrooke ones,as i didn't want the VX griffen on mine
