    Default Repairable????

Well, all i can say is it was bound to happen one day, first bump of my driving career, well first one that was my fault, thing is as the car is 5 years old and has 90 odd thousand miles on the clock not sure if it will be a write off. see pics below.

New wing, new bumper, new headlight...Doesnt look like any damage to bonnet... Damage underneath bumper? Slam panel? If not you could probably get the parts for £300 or so off Ebay and do it yourself...

but more that likely youll go through insurance and they'll pay over a grand for parts and same again for labour and paint i just dont see insurance doing it, however if you were to do it it'd cost you under a grand

Short of it is, no matter how often you travel down the same road, or pull out of the same junction, never get complacent.

I was turning left out of a junction onto an a road. checked the car in front of me, she went to pull of at a fair rate of speed ( rear of her car squatted a fair bit) so i thought she had pulled out, looked right to see if it was safe and went to go, then BANG!!!! then "S***" Then on the phone to the insurers!!

Sheer stupidity on my part, and i'll be the first one to admit it!!!

    Cheers

    Tom
