Thouroughly helpful after speaking to them on the phone.

Howard Basford Accdent repair are ringing me tomorrow to arrange a convenient time to get estimates and a Hire Car equivalent to mine will be sorted out for me when its getting fixed.

Only problem is, I lose 2 years NCB if I cant find out who caused the damage!

Cross your fingers guys!!!

.... Cancelled my insurance without telling me and for no reason.

I found out 3 weeks ago I had not been insured since 11th December! And that was after about 4 years of loyalty!! Not to worry, swift cover was a lot cheaper.

Well - it cant look any worse than it does now - if its not right when I get it back, then I'm very good at the game of Car Tennis!!

Just had Enterprise on the phone - guaranteed Car equivalent to mine - either a Veccy SRI or the new Mondeo.....

Just hope I can get a reg from this cretin!!!
