Looking at the size of the ship that's about a 8 tonne anchor so it's a bit surprising that it didn't just crash through everything. However, if you think about it, the shape of the bow pushing the water away when the anchor landed must have acted as a shock absorber or something like that. Bet the guy wished he wore a buoyancy aid like wot he is supposed to........
