Ordered myself this item

as it looks as if it just sits under the parcel shelf and i though would be a good way to keep the boot tidy.

Picked it up today and its changed into a leather bag thing that you need to screw on to the parcel shelf. The accessories site did say product may vary form picture but theres no resembalance at all. Cant get refund either as the part numbers are correct for what i ordered .

Then i get my silver bottom spoke for steering wheel. it comes with a screw to fit. I go to unscrew the existing spoke and the ****** screws have a different sized head. so need to get another torx bit.

WHY O WHY do they have to make it so hard

Ian_C has one of the boot tidy Leather storage thingys screwed to his parcel shelf. It looks really good. I was going to get one myself.

Screw heads - aren't most of them a star shape? You should of seen the trouble I had trying to change my wife's bulbs for LED's in her dash on her Corsa C. I think I ran out of swear words that day.

take the tray back mate along with a pic of the above. Thats what you ordered, its not your problem if they changed the part number to somethin else.

yeah star shaped but different sizes. i've got 3 sizes and none fit. the leather thing might be ok when its fitted just a pain that the cant sell what the say their selling.

Think the part numbers are the same just they have shown a different picture online. I'll have a good look at it before i start drilling the shelf lol.

Nothing ever seems simple with vaux and parts and me though.

did the same thing as you but said f*** it and fitted and it looks ok few people have said what a good idea and it not a bad storage place but i would of like the storage bin
what about that bottom spoke what part number is it greame and how much

i ordered my spoke today and got loads of slava off vx saying that it is for an o4 reg astra and not a vectra, i argued that the wheels may be the same which he went in the showroom and checked then came back and asked where i got the part number from - i duly told him where, giving him the full website address (a bit of advertising maybe) and he just started muttering under his breath and walked off - nice man
