Noticed today when I closed the dash vent that the bottom flap refused to close. Took the whole vent out and had a closer look, it's not repairable as the mechanism has broke at the bottom.
I wonder if this will be covered by warranty?

Would have thought it is with it being an integral part.
I have seen a couple of facelift vents like this now. Obviously a weak spot on them. Mine has very minimal use and nothing clipped to it.
