My irmy eyebrows went in to a little garage owned by a 'mate of a mate' thinkin I'd get a freebie for him to paint them, anyhoo, its been 3 months of 'yeah next week' and 'ready in a couple of days' and I still don't have them He says he tried painting them once and it blistered so he stripped them back down again, so if I demand them back today u think he's gonna demand money for the work he's already done?

Couple of bits of plastic I thought it was a few days job max but this is ridiculous and I'm annoyed! Wanted them for the BHead meet!

just hope he hasn't damaged them and is trying to fob you off long enough for you to forget.

i would be getting them back and put them into a decent body shop and get them done right, I just hope they haven't damaged them

Go in there unannounced and say you've come to collect the eyebrows to get them done elsewhere. If he asks for any sort of payment then ask him what for - making a mess of them?!!

Sorry to say this, but he's not much of a mate behaving like this.....

Pop in and pick them up, make him feel bad by saying, "hey mate great job and thanks for all the hard work youve done......... "

Indeed. Unfortunately one of the best ways to save money is mixing B and P!

Anyway, went down yesterday ready to go nuts and there they are wet with paint, he's just done them, and even better if I go down today at noon he'll fit them, in time for 2moros meet, and its all hunkey dorey. Go down today.... all locked up. So not got them fitted and not gonna be on for 2moro, am SOOOO angry

The guys not very bright, he owns this local garage and I assume relies heavily on word of mouth to operate and I or anybody I talk to will be advised never to deal with him!
