    Default Alloy wheel adhesive weights

    Guys

Just had new tyres fitted and balanced. The old weights have been removed but the adhesive part is still there. I've tried to use a stanley blade but it doesn't seem to be too effective. Does anyone have any other suggestions to remove the adhesive from the alloy but without scratching it???

    Thanks

I'd start with a squirt of WD40 and see if it softens the glue up.
