pre-facelift headlight problem

Noticed my beam alignment was all over the shop and checked my offside headlight, the reflector and lamp holder inside the unit moves around .. is that fixable (has it come out of its retainer) or am I looking at a new headlight unit? couldnt tell if it is sealed.

If its a new unit, how easy is it to get the bumper off to replace .. easy for a novice dor I do need to pay my main stealer who flogged it to me with dodgy lamp (and a new MOT!) and now tells me not covered by warranty

you will need to remove the headlight and re-fit the light motor back onto the reflector
