****ing raging!!!

This idiot of a woman decided to reverse into me this morning. Stopped behind her while she pulled into a parking space, and not looking to check if anyone was behind her, she reversed back and right into the drivers side of the bumper!!

Then she had the cheek to tell me its not that bad, a lick of paint for 50p will fix it!!!!!!!!

I said i dont think so, im not working to pay for a car and take pride in it for someone like you to crash into it and not give a toss, I didnt even get an apology. All she said was she will be round tonight with her son who works with cars to see if he can fix it. I've got her details and she's got mine, but whats the best thing to do?

here's a pic - not that good but i tried my best to outline the damage.

The red areas are the scuffs
Yellow for the chipped paint
The blue is where the bumper has sort of popped out....

I agree, tell your insurer's and give them her details. Get it to a good repairer and let her premium go up !!!!

She's with Royal & Sun Alliance, which is the Mobility insurers, as my mum's mobility car is insured with them

I thought the very same thing, i was quite shocked by her attitude and the fact she didn't apologise. That would be the first thing i would have done!

Yep. That attitude doesn't deserve entertaining. If her son touches it and c0cks it up you wouldn't have a leg to stand on. Claim off her insurance big time. Make sure you find a nice expensive one
