Is it possible to have a sun roof fitted to a Vectra?

I am collecting my vectra today and I was looking to getting a sun roof fitted. Does anyone know of a good quality one? Also I would like to have my ipod connected but not by fm modulator, is there kit and can it be hard wired in. And finally, is there a bluetooth kit that can be fitted that is also be hard wired in. I hope that the vectra lives up to its reputation and I am looking forward to driving it for many years to come.

the only thing i can answer on those questions is with the bluetooth phone, www.parrot.biz i think the website is, buy yourself a CK3100

you can get them for £90 and they work a treat, cost me £40 to get it fitted, but is only a connection that fits into the back of your stereo so is dead easy to do, will auto answer, has voice dialing, does the lot, im really impressed with it, and it can be screwed or stuck in place with extra strong sticky pad out of the box

you can even position the mic anywhere in the car to suit yourself

Hi, welcome to the site!

Take the Vectra to Irmscher in Germany. They have a cool robot just for precision cutting sunroofs.

No idea on costs etc.

I had an aftermarket sunroof fitted to an Accord a few years back - it was a nice sunroof & electric too but I'd never get another. The motor was fitted underneath the frame & dropped the roof by quite a few inches & it also made the car creak. I guess it flexed more. Also, because there was no integral drain, if it rained while it was cracked open water accumulated in the frame & it then all shot out all over the driver or passenger when I went round a corner

From what I've been told by my parts guy at Vauxhall, (hes normally pretty spot on) The roof structures are different between sunroof roofs and non sunroof roofs, they are reinforced to take the extra weight and also to make it more rigid.. So answer is i dunno really lol.
