SE meet @ The Grasshopper Inn - PICS....

Well the weather could've been ALOT kinder to us today but thanks to everyone for coming out on a damp and dreary sunday afternoon. special thanks to the spoons' and also Heath, you guys travelled from a long way and it was much appreciated.

Sophie and I got to the pub at around 11.30 to find Neil (Spikey) waiting in the car park with the snot rocket. People turned up steadily over the course of 45 minutes (bar Duncan, Mark, Cara, Steve, Diana and Keith - tut tut ) and soon enough we were inside the pub with a drink and some great carvery food. the dessert was excellent too, i must agree with Cara's dads description of it....'orgasmic'!!

we then moved outside to find that along with our vectra meet there were also beemer and clio meets going on on the other side of the car park.

Heath, Steve, Duncan and Neil showed them what was what with some high speed demos down the A road just outside the pub.

Although the weather was miserable the mood definitely wasn't, sophie and i had a really good time. Nice to see all the usual faces, but also good to me some new ones. I think in the end we had 12 cars.......including Neil's old Beast (albeit a bit more tamed these days) now in the ownership of Cara's mum and dad.
