N/S Front brake issue now, advice please
Hi hoping someone can give us some advice on the front n/s brake sticking on.Was out driving earlier and when got home could smell a burning smell which i knew was a brake smell.Felt both wheels and the front n/s was hot.Jacked car up and removed road wheel.tried to turn brake disc and it was really stiff to turn.stripped the brakes down ,pads are ok and so is disc
.piston in caliper pushes back ok with g clamp .Pumped the brake pedal slowly to see if piston moved which it did but noticed brake fluid resevoir went to min (it was ok before hand as it was first thing i checked).so i topped up the resevoir and put evrything back together and pumped the brakes again but the disc was quite stiff again .
Iknow that the hoses also can cause issues but the piston moved ok.Any ideas ?cannot see any leaks anywhere .Drivers side is ok. p.s slider pins are ok.

Possibly 2 issues
First is a sticking calliper. That'll be one of three things:
Corrosion in the slider rubber bores on the calliper restricting the rubbers or corrosion on the pins; corrosion under the dust seal at the piston interface; hose breaking down / restricted
Then there's the fluid loss
Check the pipe over the top of the rear axle especially

As I said, I think you have 2 snags. Check that sticking calliper for piston and slider corrosion

You were right over where the leak is ..took wheel off and can see it dripping on axel .been quoted £120 to do full line ..slider pins are fine i cleaned them again after i checked caliper yesterday but they were ok as i cleaned brakes up a while ago after replacing rear discs and pads .fronts looked ok so just cleaned everything when i did wheel bearings on front a few week ago. Thanks for response.
