Default Question when replacing front wheel bearings on veccy

Hi just done both sides of my vectra c front wheel bearings.Question is ,is it ok to put wheel bearing grease on the driveshaft splines to stop any rust jacking for the future? I already added some and hoping it won'tcause any issues with the abs sensor.Any advice appreciated.

Absolutely no need for it... I never did it on any car the tolerances are so small there will be only surface rust nothing that'll bind the spline to the bearing.
