Insignia 1.4 Turbo SRI... thoughts??

I haven't tried the Insignia, but the guy I bought my 2006 VC 1.8 VVT from bought a 2015(I believe) Insignia 1.4T, and he thinks it's less punchy than the old 1.8.

Not at all. The 1.8 140bhp Insignia 'A', which was not carried forward on the Insignia 'B' (Grand Sport), cannot be remapped as it is not turbocharged. I was comparing the 1.4T engine in the Insignia 'A' with the 1.5T in the Insignia 'B' which replaced it.
