Nürburgring summer 2018 !!! Vectra.c-com road trip

I'd love to come along for this trip but it depends on finances and exact dates. So I am watching this with interest.

sound mate, had a slight idea of what it may consist of, but fought best to ask first, but sounds good! pretty sure my lowly 1.8 wont set any records ! but im interested in this , so will keep a look out for further updates on dates etc.

Only because your tank will be empty before you complete a lap. The 1.8 in the hands of a competent driver will be faster than me.

Glad it's not one off mine lol . You had time to cook dinner by the time of went round. Lol
just a thought my first time out there a few years ago I just went as a passenger so paid roughly half off most things ( okay you don't get to drive your car round the track .but still had a lot of fun.

Before i can think about is what's the costs like? And do i need a passport as i thought it was free movement etc? Also insurance on the ring costs?

I've got no idea where to search or who to ask. Give me an engineering drawing and specs and i can find my way, not this kind of ****

I dont actually think id want to take my car round the ring? Think just the pilgrimage would be enough.... i could always hitch a ride in summit interesting on the day?

I wouldnt trust myself.. and wouldnt want to ruin things.....

You can hire a car at the ring to take round. Unsure of the costs but it is an option for people
