I ordered new pads and discs all round from autovaux and they were cheaper than my local vx dealer on trade club, They did forget to send the gasket with the thermostat but they apologised and are sending it out , Top service from them ,
This was my first experience with the @AUTOVAUXGUYS and wasn't really sure I would order anything else off them. I put it down as a one off and ordered a load of engine parts. They couldn't do enough for me over the phone. Very helpful and awesome prices (especially as a full Vec-C member). I ordered a coil pack the other week and they rushed it through as a next day delivery. Couldn't ask for a better service. They currently have a deal on till the end of the month on discs and pad kits. Thanks for the great customer service.

Thanks Courtylad , We are working very hard on the customer service side and as our first partnership the vectra-c.com partnership is very important to us. If I am being honest every step forward seems to reveal a chink in our armour but these are all opportunities to improve our service. We're setting on an apprentice in the sales office , this will probably initially be a drag factor but we know in the long run it will help massively . We're also investing in a lot of IT , new server and we're even looking at "the Cloud" which you can appreciate scares the ******y out of us Northern Lads.

Is there any way you could give a better idea on wich products we can expect a discount on?
For example, I tried adding a set of spark plugs into my online basket today, and it seemed to make no difference to the price whether I was signed in or not.
I'm a full member on here, and my "Vectra-C" membership shows as confirmed on your site. It just leaves me unsure as to whether the items simply aren't discounted, or whether the discount isn't working online?

Going to look at this in depth tomorrow , everything should be working but obviously isn't . The only time the price would not change is if it was a special offer. I will drop you all an XL spreadsheet on Tuesday that shows the price differences you should expect on Service , Braking and Wipers.
