Are these ebay repair clips any good.
One of the balljoints just popped off today. Just popped it back in again...
Or you need to either buy new linkages bars or complete new linkage.

Have a similar one on the wifes Punto and it works fine. Mine popped off the drivers side and i just used the How2/cable tie repair and its worked fine.
They look a good idea, would save alot for me if the thread on the spline hadnt gone But then i had 2 arms pop off and the drive one from the motor disintegrated so....

I did the same as @Das with the cable ties heavy duty ones and been ok ever since (a good 3/4years now).
I did the same as Das and Cliomjh 102. Been on for 7 years and still working.
I ended up buying a complete new linkage from Febi Bilstein. HavenŽt had time to mount it yet.
As for the "cable tie" solution, I think itŽs only working for preface linkage. Facelift linkage is a little different.
And the clip from ebay looks a little bit cheap with the wire you should secure the clip with on the linkage.
I bought a new llinkage it cost me 90 pounds from Vauxhall

Cable tie works on my 55 facelift.
Only think I would say if that way double the ties up and go get decent posh ties as cheap snap easy
