Right I've spammed @simmo3187 by text enough now so he's gonna pick up his intercooler and we'll measure up for a fitting kit tonight. We can then sort out a list of parts that everyone needs to buy so if we do have an intercooler fitting day, it all goes smoothly with so many cars.
If we can get the kit sorted through universal intercoolers, i can certainly see if we can get a discount for a group buy of maybe 5 sets!

considering their kits are £300 for all the bits and you still need to cut the pipework its not worth it
the best I have so far is £130 for the same intercooler and pipework plus 2 reducers needed at £8 each so less than £150 all in and thats without me negotiating any discount for a group buy so far
Universal Intercoolers weren't very interested in doing me much of a deal

for the last few hours me and @cont1204 have been sitting at my house drawing diagrams to plan what we need and the route it will take
we have got a few ideas but would need to try it on a car
the pain really is that we can't be 100% sure what is required until we take it all apart but we have a very very good idea
