i have been using a nicolites (from tesco pharmacy) since New year and not strayed since.. I bought it back in November and 'practised' with it for a bit to see whether i could get on with it or not before I decided to stick with it and give up my real smokes... So far so good..

I wish i could do the same. Will pop out tomorrow and have a look at these as smoking is now just really getting on my nerves.

I use the tornado ego c. Its fab, you get a proper "hit" and u blow loadsa vapour out.

just got them e lites yesterday, there not like normal cigs but tbh seem good, iv only had 3 since yday and i normally have around or up to 10 a day so clearly working...so far , the battery lasted me 9 hours at work and you could get about 12 hours from it tbh , if your serious about quitting give them a shot there is also vapour lites same thing but cheaper!

Bought one last year with the hope of packing in the 'real cigs', personally i didnt get on with em at all.

Anyone thinking about giving up, i cant recommend allen carr's easyway to stop smoking book enough, read it and aint smoked a single cig this year, you can read the book for free online just google

You gotta be in the right mind frame and want to stop yourself, if i ever get any craving i just remind myself of 3 key points...

My mum uses them never tired it my self but when she smokes well takes a puff of it it looks like she is blowing out real smoke lol

I've been thinking about quitting for a while and will when im out of baccy, im down to the last 150 grams. theres no point in trying to quit before as it's more temptation, but I really cannot wait until my wife decides to quit and do it together because ill have died of lung cancer long before then. I want to get the hard work done before I got away again where im forced to stop, it has to be on my terms if that makes sense. After looking at the link above from messermitch, efags seem a good way to go.. I just had no idea that there were some many options.

I used e-lites fantastic gave up smoking twelve weeks ago straight onto e-lites worked very well and now gave them up two weeks ago and now not look back since and now got to the gym
