Hi everyone im new just bought me a signum elite :) could do with help on power steering issues

Hi I have a signum 1.9cdti elite engine code z19dth . Its had a new power steering pump ,new alternator plus part of the loom witch is for the pump and new battery but i still have no power steering. There is no power steering warning light on.
I have had the wiring diagram and have checked the pump has its main feed from battery and also 1 live in the multi plug witch clips onto the back end of the pump. Can anybody help as I'm confused as to what can be wrong lol new cars are so much different I'm fine with an old mechanical engine but all these electronics puzzle me, thanks for your time hope to hear of anybody with any advise or help sorry forgot to mention its 54 plate

Is the PS fluid level correct?

What's the voltage at the battery with the engine running?

Hi fluid is fine and the voltage at battery on tick over is 14.27 volts
