Please help with a quick tech 2 question

Hi im going to give the aux in on the cd70 a go.

I know i need tech 2 update to enable aux in on the screen.

My question is...
My signum is currently in a garage having some dreaded auto box repairs.
They have tech 2 diagnosis equipment...can they do the update? If so can someone tell me specifically what to ask them to do, codes etc.

If this isnt possible, how much should vx charge for this, and can it be done before the soldering work is carried out?

Answers today would be great as i should be picking the car up tomorrow.

You need the update disc to the latest firmware then need to change the code index to get it to work but needs to be done right as if you change it to anything lower than 13 you will loose ya bc
