10 watt sidelights (501)

I'm surprised the extra wattage doesn't trigger the bulb failure warning message.

10 watt will cause problems won't it?

10W shouldn't cause issues as they are still filament bulbs and that is the process the car uses to make sure all bulbs work and why some LED's can cause a failure. as for the additional wattage the car cannot detect that so they will function correctly AFAIK, it has been done on a few cars with no hitches mine included.

They don't cause issues, they are noticeably brighter than the 5w ones, they are still yellow, but not as yellow as the 5w.

Not for those that want a HiD matching bulb, but very good for those that want extra light output.
