So lets see.IIRC Local test centers have been shut over the years under the banner of cost savings. Cost savings are not always a great idea, but they happen and someone will take credit for it at the time, and no doubt a big bonus for just doing their job. So now the cost saving are being reversed under the banner of providing a more local service for candidates.........Transport minister Mike Penning told MPs the aim was to provide a "more local service for candidates".
Note to Self: look at whats being abolished at the moment, keep it in a folder and in ten years time bring it out as my own ideas for a big fat bonus
