Ordered a badgeless grill from fk 10 days ago .. anyone else had long delivery times from these people?

i sent them an email and they asked for the dhl tracking link (which still says it waiting to be shipped to the uk!) and thats the last ive heard

no, i orderd mine last wednesday and it arrived via dhl, on tuesday but had to be re-delivered on wednesday as no one was in, mines fitted now, have you checked your email to see if you had a tracking number

yeah ive been looking at it every day and wasnt up dated since 8 days ago and it still said it was waiting for export to the uk. then i finaly got an email back from fk and they said to send them the dhl link.. then yesterday it was updated but still said the same thing and now when ive checked dhl they cant find the tracking number even tho its the link ive been using all the time off my fk account .. im sick of waiting

found it on uk dhl website (not the one supplied by fk) and it still says in germany i suppose out of all the new things ive ordered the last few weeks atleast one would take a while
