Default Well Many Thanks John IS3

Last Friday I turned upto John IS3's house for him to work on replacing my ARB bushes, drop links (uprated ones), track rod ends, tie rods. What happened last Friday was 4 tyres due 3 being just legal. That was that day gone.

The Sunday after, I turn up to continue for John to continue with the work in the suspension after Friday, he discovers with his the drivers wishbone is seriously goosed (to the point of being absolutely dangerous). With his help we get one that day and John fits it. Also upper rear control arms, drop links and front ARB bushes are fitted. Totally transformed the car m8

Today he changed the Tie rods and track rod ends and thanks to him manage to get the car tracked as the tracking was out. He also sorted my bonnet, rattling boot lid and fitted my 5.6l washer bottle and activated the headlight washers for me.

Many thanks m8 you have transformed my motor I think you should be the official guru.

Car was a total pleasure to drive home in. Next on the list is:

    - Shocks
    - Strut top mounts
    - Rear ARB bushes
    - 314mm brakes

    Then onto the DMF finally.

    Cheers again m8 superb work.

Basically follow the how to mate, refit the new caliper carrier and discs instead but obviously you'll need to remove the caliper from the brake hose and bolt the 314 caliper onto it (using new copper washers). You'll also need to bleed the brakes when your done

thanks mate, had a look at the how2's earlier, got the new washers and a bleed kit so all ready to go, bit unsure about bleeding, think you start at the back and work your way round and top up fluid as you go,
take it you keep the cap on and just make sure its got fluid in or you will pump air back through.
