rear hatch help

the hatch on my siggy wont open.
button in cabin works, and releases boot, but button on hatch wont fully release it.
also everytime i unlock the car via remote, the boot releases also.
any ideas

standard fault with siggy , basically the elctronic switch inside the tailgate handle is sticking
you need to remove the handle and clean up the switch and ball rying to find the how 2 but not having much luck
