2.2 gearbox ADVISE

can anyone help,i have a 2.2 dti and had a new DMF,clutch,recon gearbox and slave cylinder basically the whole shh bang.

I had this lot fitted September 2010 and all was fine till a year down the line when i started having problems.

1, car has been jumping out of 3rd gear seems to be around 30-40mph and for some reason going right handed weird i no.
2,just doesn't feel right thru gearstick when accelerating and de-accelerating gearstick moves slightly (jumps) and you can feel it in your hand aswell if you know what i mean.
3,sometimes hard to change gears. say i am in 1st or 2nd gear crawling in traffic for abit and go to change gears it wont go in gear takes several attemps to do it.
I thought maybe engine mountings so had them checked and all was fine.

Strange one that mate has the sub frame bin put back correctly as for not vein able to get it in gear could be Its loosing pressure or the linkage cables

everything looks fine what u can see,i took car back to gearbox place i had it done at and they said they won't do out untill it gets worse.

I said hang on a minute there is still WARRANTY ON THIS.

I was just after more ammo to fire back at them if you know what i mean because they are just trying to FOB me off regarding the issue.......

Maybe they're trying to stall you until the warranty expires.

I think its time i got intouch with consumer direct or trading standards !!!

still no reply from gearbox company regarding issues with car,even though its under warranty.Been advised legally to take to independant garage to get fixed and take legal action in the courts.....

What do you think take to main dealer.

Unless you have deep pockets and long arms I would take it to a dealer

well hopefully going to claim costs back through court,though main dealer as its 5mins down round.as to taking it to any garage to get put right.

If u are confident mate I would got to the dealers only if u think ya gonna win
