Pardon my ignorance, bit is this a CIM module?

Got it from a scrappy to nab the wiper stalk with the GID display.

If it's a CIM, i might whack it on ebay, as i only need the wiper stalk for the BC buttons, and i've been told it's working

Flip Doubt there is any carpass on the vec it came from. Any way round it to reset it?

i think it can be reset and fitted to another car with CERTAIN software.
