Default what type of temp sensor

My temp needle doesn't fluctuate like most reports of a failing sensor, mine just takes an age getting there, I know its cold but 40 minutes last night to get to 80C, and this morning also took 13 miles to reach 80c, so I assume it needs replacement.

However, carparts4less don't appear to have one, euro don't either but vauxhall parts do, but they call it an oil temp sensor, shouldn't it be a coolant temp sensor?

Are you sure it isnt a sticking thermostat?

Classic symptoms, car taking a long time to warm up.

Not sure of anything, haven't looked at it, don't even know where it is, but 13 miles to warm up piqued my intrigue.
