When I am stationary and turn the steering left to right I get only what cn be described and a bong noise sounds like when you twang a metal cable. Its not massively loud but noticeable. Also over speed bumps it tends to make the same noise?

Bong from the front?

Could be the suspension spring has come out it may have to be reseated or broke common prob with the vec a load went back.
Is there a way I can check this out?
Car seems to handle ok no bongs when driving, only left to right on the steering wheel. But bong is definitely under the bonnet some where?
Spring sticking then realising maybe when you turn the wheel?
