Default No Large Intercooler shaped boxes :(

The intercooler which should have been with me on Friday (Monday I could have lived with) has just been posted apparently today.

So he can take his poor service and breach of contract and shove it somewhere smelly.

Looks like I won't have a second intercooler in time for Santa Pod but I'm not going to let that stop me!

I've got a water pump and some hose, so I'm going to knock up a sprayer before I go. I'll feed it out of the existing water bottle to save on weight and space. Might need to fill it up a few times though

I went in and handed over my design and measurements for a custom intercooler today so I'm hoping to have a quote for that tomorrow.

Life is full of ups and downs, not to mention lot's of wheel spinning sideways movements...

Try Pace intercoolers, they do a good price.

Also considered using NOS as an intercooler spray?

Err I think NOS might be a bit much, I don't want to crack anything and I would like to keep costs down.

I've designed a cooler to use as much space as I can reasonably use under the impact bar, a universal one wouldn't be able to take advantage of the room aswell and the mountings will be built in.

I'm only expecting it to cost £200-300.

Just looked at their site and I see they make custom coolers. Infact I looked at their site and found it so confusing I moved on but I'll give them a ring tomorrow and see what they say.

    Cheers

No using NOS purely as a spray onto the intercooler not injected into the actual engine mate

    Speak to Mike good bloke.

The end tanks you want are the Abbott Racing End tanks as used on the saabs. www.abbottracing.com

That is basically the same intercooler as the Vec. Minor tweaks but nothing major, main problem the 9-5 intercooler isn't wide enough or quite tall enough.

    Hence the custom kit
