    Default About full service

Hi everyone, Just wanted to ask about what the rough price figure would be to get the vectra 1.9cdti fully serviced by dealers. including cambelt and water pump.

    Thanks everyone

Phone three up for quotes, list your requirements
If you can wait a few weeks, then get the Masterfit Service card
I would estimate about £600 and that would include brake fluid change

Cant see much change out of £350 for a timing belt and Water pump change on the 1.9 from a main dealer. Best bet, as M8Internet says is to phone around, play one dealer off another, but be specific on your requirements. For instance a VX air filter is £8 and a simple change to do, doing yourself could save you £25.

Oh wow, now thats a shocker. Yeah I can change the filter, its just the cars has had dmf clutch inlet manifold and egr changed in the last 38k. inlet was changed 12k ago so wont worry about that it pulls really strong. just worried as belts not changed and its done 119k. Thanks anyway everyone, appreciate the help. Take care.

Do the filter changes yourself then, if the belt goes, its gonna cost you a lot more that the cost of a belt change!!!!

There's always the other option of buying genuine VX parts and going to an Independent and getting them to do it, may save you £100 if you know of a good independent.

    Genuine VX Belt Kit, £94

    Genuine VX Water pump, £48.80
