Squeaky Seat

My driver side seat is starting to creak when I move.Sounds trivial,I know, but it is quite annoying.Any way of stopping this or is it impossible as the springs are enclosed in the fabric.Coming from the back and not the base

mine was like that, but it stopped when i lost 2 stone

both the vectras ive had both design models had creaking seats , never had a problem in any other car , and also on both seats a bit of curved black plastic has dropped off ????

yep my last vectra did it and my current Vectra has just started to do it @ 15k miles(ish) Perhaps I need to get to the Gym more often

It is flippin' annoying though!

Did the very same in a Astra Coupe i had .... it was the active seat head restraints ... fixed by the stealers.
