Insurance / SORN / New Rules - IM CONFUSED - HELP!!

Folks,

Im going to have to leave a car parked up off-road unisured and untaxed soon, but I will declare it SORN.

I have had a read of the laws but they a blinking stupid and im struggling to make sense.

So whats the rules, in LEHMANS terms, can someone explain?

Basically if your car is off the road you can't have it uninsured unless it's declared SORN, so as long as you SORN yours it won't need insurance.

Im going to declare it SORN anyway so shouldnt have any issues, unless another rule is brought out!
