Not bad mate. No interest yet but still early days. Its under market value so hoping for a quick sale.

Where is the house at ?

if it doesn't sell ,

are you two friendly enough ,

to rent it out , until the market is better ?

or would you both just keep paying the mortgage on an empty house .

We're living in it until it sells. Not fallen out, and do not intend to!

Have thought of renting it out, but income would not cover the mortgage
