    Default Battery Problems

Right I was uninsured for around 1 and a half month becuase i have 2 holidays so didnt see the need to be driving. In that time i only started the car and put some revs on once.

I just came back from my last holiday so i got insured, the engien didnt start becuase the battery was flat which i though might be just becuase i havent used the car in a while.
Anyways i jumped the car with my bros and drove for around 45 mins to college that night. I stayed there for around 6 and half hours and came out and started the car fine. Drove 30 mins home (fine).

Then i went out later in the car, and my battery light came on, and then all my revs went to 0 speedo didnt work nothing did, This was while i was dirving the car, so i though i must rush to get home or the headlights might go out, so while i was driving home the battery light just went out and everything was back to normal.

Is this just as simple as putting the battery on charge or do you think it is something more.

Also while the revs and speedo went to 0 a sybol came up on my dash, looked like a steering wheel with a ! on it.

    Any help would be great.
    Thanks alot

Oh crap, they'll probably say you need 4 new tyres, an exhaust and an oil change....

nope not charged it. Maybe it was just that flat it needed dirving abit to charge the battery back up. Drove it last night it was all fine.
Do you think it was just that the battery was so flat then?
