Default how easy to fit springs

evening all i fitted the 19" snow flakes last weekend love the alloys but the gap on the front arch is begining to bug me now every time i look at the car the rear seems ok . so i was wondering what is the best option to lower it on a tight budget after getting the 19s?? and how much lower can i go with out spoiling the ride /comfort as its on the usual sri springs at the moment any info will be much appreciated

I know what you mean... i'm worried that lowering wont sort the height difference... & the front will still sit higher.

as for fitting the springs.. never done it but i'v erd its not a hard job...

Fitting springs isn't a hard job David.. just need a set of compressors..

apart from that it's all standard socket set stuff..

    I'm going to drop C's signum this week (hopefully)..looking about -30 from standard..Might do a how-2 if anyone's interested..

David, the measurement is normally from a standard car..the sri is already -15mm so you'll only drop another 15mm..

Ihave the 30mm eibachs on mine and they did a great job to the comfort and stance of the car.

much lower than an additional -15mm and you'll need shorter dampers as well which will be much dearer than the spring kit..

-30's is about the limit for standard Sri shocks..
