Swirl valve flaps on a 150 cdti

How long roughly should they last on a 2005 150cdti. They where repalced 41k ago but last weeks health check came back with slight play in them?

Did they not fit the revised manifold?

If they did they shouldnt go again.

Had mine done at 79000 with the modified manifold, new egr valve and boy what a difference goes like rocking horse ****. Had mine replaced under rac warrenty had to fight with them over it. Andy

mines had 133000 on it when it needed it replaced remember and do the t belt and water pump at same time vauxhall parts warehouse is good for parts very reasonable there number is 08000286800 the guys name is dave
